Action started today and I am super proud of following through with zero stress. The bad stuff is not so bad in all honesty. It has been ages since I saw a 5/5 rating for overall 🥂
Had a busy day. Too many meetings so could not plan reading and walking for the day. It will take some time to get there. May be 10 days. But super proud to have started the project. Thrilled and excited!
Earlier I use to beat myself up for missing one item and I will stop following the plan from the next day. Now my mindset has shifted. I do as much as possible. It is % of adherence to the plan. If this percentage increases over time as a trend, then that is all matters.
Breaking tasks into atomic units is the most gratifying dopamine experiences you will ever have. We discussed some principles in the neuro-series here. Atomic units helps avoid procrastination.
