Atomicity in action really helped. The cognitive load reduced significantly as I had to deal with only one 25 mins at a time. Despite having a heavy day running around with medical emergencies I was sane enough. That surely is a win.
The best part of atomicity is I could determine what the next 25 mins of my life should be with utmost confidence as it was a short period of time and it was a no brainier to pick a wise choice. At no time my brain said let’s go abuse the body and mind for next 25 mins 🙈
I also noticed that tracking deliberately helps reinforce the mini decisions. I made a mini template for the same. This is super fun and a lot less thinking involved.
🥂 to choice!
