The habit is going strong despite every the external disruptions (flood and more). Slowly it is setting in. Now I am not feeling hungry before 4 PM. It has taken just 3 days to settle into the rhythm. I am having the meal at 4 PM and ending my eating window with a fruit at 8 PM.
Yesterday, I didn’t have enough water consciously as we didn’t have enough to drink and use. As a result, I ended up eating a little more than usual. I encouraged chai as well around 10:30 PM as it was too much to handle the day.
Thirst and hunger are similar. One adds to the biochemical reactions and the other doesn’t. Today, I am planning to resume the water routines as usual.
I could not track it physically in a paper as I was running around. Things are more settled today. Limbic system takes over cortex every single time. Fascinating!
