Relationships
Unpopular opinion but here is truth from human nature.
You are a complete system. In all honesty we don’t need anyone to complete you. A relationship is a bonus. It is a not a necessity. The question is can we do something better together? Yes, that is what a relationship should be.
Check out the math of your relationship with another human (whatever that relationship is). If it is enabling you, keep it. If it is disabling you, get rid of it. If it is just ok, see if you can add more enablement both sides.
