Tracking is on and keeps me aware & guilty 🙈

Once I have lowered my levels, pressure of tracking many things is gone. All I try and focus is one thing and that is what happens in that 30 mins and that is about it. It feels so much lighter inside. I am still forgetting to get the habit of tracking every 30 mins but i am getting there. It will take at-least 3 weeks to set this in.

Sunk Cost Fallacy is setting in. Just because I printed this tracker in 30 numbers, I am sticking to it without much writing space. This is the biggest blocker of iteration. I am going to improve this sheet to better design with more writing space and chuck the 30 sheets if need be. Interesting to notice all this in hindsight 😜
