Strategy & Tactics
Now that we have understood so much about the system and how it works, the principles and how we should approach it, let us go for setting the strategy (direction) and tactics (plan and prescription) in our last week of the series.
All tactics are contextual and is very personal. Someone could have a life situation where 100% adherence to the plan is not possible. We don’t feel good not sticking to the plan. When we don’t feel good, we don’t follow plans anyways. So let us have a plan at different levels.
Let us start with lower levels to higher levels. The lower level must be easy to follow and must be possible to adhere in any life situation. The boundaries are pretty broad and the freedom within the boundary is quite large. If you want quicker results, if you want to to shorten the time, the boundaries must be shrunk and the freedom must be curbed a little bit. Instead of 18 months, you could achieve the goals in 12 months. That is how I want you to view the plan.
The plan I am giving you here is Level 0 plan. Anyone should be able to do it. The activity levels are so low and the motivation needed is also very low, yet you will be able to change the behaviours and have success compared to your current status quo.
Keep this in mind before you jump into any plans.
