Day 15

Getting into a habit that drastically reduces intake but not adjusting anything else in terms of work or other activities in a day is making me super tired at the end of the day.

The habit is going strong. The one meal between 4-8 PM is happening with a fruit as a finisher. However the tiredness I am having is mind-blowing. When the body is adjusting to new rhythms and lower intake, should I not reduce a bit of workload as well ?

No wonder my willpower battery is screaming for help. If you are doing this along, please include enough rest during this period. It will restore sanity.
