There will be ups and downs in your days. Not all days are equal and it is ok. What we want is a higher probability of success and that is all. That is the focus.
Remember 0.1 > 0. That small progress also counts.
Food is slowly settling in.
My camel habits came back as I don’t like to interrupt my flow by going to the restroom often. Promise, that is the reason I don’t drink so much water. I told you flow is my problem, distraction is not. My friends say, that is a good problem to have. The grass looks greener on the other side. In all honesty, it is a problem. It causes eating disorder. I am not kidding! My lunch was at 5 PM today as I had a number of meetings to handle today.
Because of less water, I was more thirsty and ended up having more coffee than planned.
Sleep was better yesterday. I didn’t have a nap time today. Buttermilk was a good addition in the morning for probiotics.
I am damn sure my Vit D and Vit B12 is screwed up given the lockdown. Planning to add a few supplements to the intake going forward. Habits take longer and it is irritating. I heart you 😜
Hardly no one talks about these specifics. It sounds rosy from the other side when the outcomes are shared. Reality is far away from it. May be that is why no one shares progress on a daily basis as it sounds too slow and unromantic. But this is truth! A lot of us quit here after trying very little.
