Just do this favour to yourself: Before you put anything into your mouth, just check the number on farm to fork meter of that food/drink you are about to consume.
If it is less than 2 have it else don’t have it. This simple practice has brought in immense health to me, my friends and my family. We have reversed diabetes, obesity, heart issues, thyroid problems, hypertension and all the non communicable diseases in less than 100 days. All simple things are profound. Stay simple.
