Focus on what you want to be so you become that. The simple framework to design yourself for greater success is being first, doing next and having as a result of being and doing. If you want to become a runner, start saying “I am a runner” from day 1 and then run everyday and one day you would have accomplished running long distance without you knowing it.Same applies for designer, dancer, DJ whatever!
